PLUS SIZE CONFIDENCE 101


Being a plussize woman/girl/lady can really feel wrong in a society which only accepts being skinny or slim as the acceptable Body size, which inturn results in inferior complexes, depression  and self hate. But not anymore because we all have uniquely different sizes and shapes .           we are in an Era where all sizes are more appreciated , so am going to give you tips on how to boost your confidence as a plussize. 
 Let me start by giving the meaning of confidence:-
 It's the feeling or showing confidence in oneself or one's abilities or qualities.

Self love 
1.Self love :- 
Confidence begins with loving yourself. Embracing your body and every flaws because that what makes you unique. "If you don't love yourself who will?"

2. Invest in Beautiful lingere:-
lingere and girdles can instantly make you feel beautiful and confident. Underneath your clothes you know you are sexy as h***.that's your little secret.



3. Fitness:-
 fitness can not be over emphasized as you can be plussize and still be healthy, therefore  engage in exercises to improve on your health. 
  Early morning  exercise has a way of making you feel like you are ready to take on the days task .(after exercise  the brain releases  a feel good hormone known as endorphins).so take advantage of it.

4. Refuse to listen to negative comments, baricading such negativity helps a lot.it gives you a sense of self worth.
"Know thyself".

5. Dress well:- 
Putting efforts to your appearance by looking good at all times goes a long way in boosting your confidence. Knowing  how to dress your body type is key. On my next post I will share on how to dress your size and physique.
